You can use almost any little box; just be sure it's in good condition before you start in on it, and adjust the measurement of ribbons and contrast cardstock to match the size of the box. 

Re-purposing tip: Small cardstock? We love the paint sample cards at big-box hardware stores. (color candystore!)
